WANT TO BE A VENDOR AT OWF 2025?

Thank you for your interest in being involved in Omaha Whiskey Fest! We do have an application process for vendors to participate in Omaha Whiskey Fest. Please fill out the form below to submit your request for a booth at Omaha Whiskey Fest.
Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be notified soon after whether you have been selected to participate in Omaha Whiskey Fest 2025!
Application deadline is July 30, 2025

Booth Fee: $200 per booth.
Hotel room: We offer a block rate for vendors to book a hotel room at the event venue. Booking and purchasing the room is your responsibility and expense. More information will be provided once applications are approved.
Merch: Vendors must provide their own merchandise and products.
Booth Layout: You will be provided a 6 foot table with black tablecloth. Your booth is yours to decorate. Electricity is available upon request.
